2.Prepare the shipment
Prepare the shipment of the items you want to return, you can use our packaging and close it (covering previous labels) or a new box.
3.Send
Now you have to make a shipment and send us your return. Choose the method and the courier. Level is not responsible for the return shipment, so we advise you to rely on national couriers, the insured postal service or, in any case, a traceable shipment, to avoid damage or problems in the return delivery.

3.Receive credit
You will receive a refund of the amount due, after inspecting the goods you sent us. You will receive the money using the same method used for payment; it is not possible to request a refund with other methods. When we receive your return, the items will be inspected. Returned items must be perfectly intact and labeled. Non-conforming, used or damaged items will be returned to the customer.
