THERMOPLUS is LEVEL’s proprietary system designed to ensure superior warmth and comfort in winter gloves. What sets LEVEL apart from other brands is its direct control over the entire production process. LEVEL purchases all materials directly, carefully inspects and tests them in-house using advanced technology before moving to production. This contrasts with most other glove brands that outsource their material selection, losing control over quality.
Why Thermoplus is different:
Material Selection: LEVEL personally selects and rigorously tests all materials to ensure they meet the highest standards for thermal insulation and ergonomic comfort. Other brands may not have this level of control over the quality of their raw materials.
In-House Testing: LEVEL uses specialized machines, wireless sensors, and infrared thermography in its own lab to test glove performance in extreme conditions. This guarantees that each pair of gloves provides consistent warmth and protection.
Thermoplus performance levels:
To make it easier for customers to choose the right gloves for their needs, LEVEL has introduced a simple 5-level THERMOPLUS certification system:
5000 – EXTRA WARM: Down to -30°C (-22°F) for extreme cold.
4000 – VERY WARM: Down to -22°C (-8°F), providing intense warmth for the coldest days.
3000 – WARM: Down to -17°C (0°F), offering balanced warmth and comfort.
2000 – STANDARD: Down to -10°C (14°F), perfect for moderately cold days.
1000 – LIGHT: Down to -5°C (23°F), ideal for mild winter conditions.

How Level ensures quality:
1- Specialized Testing Machine: LEVEL developed a machine to test gloves under extreme weather conditions, collecting data on how well they retain heat.
2 - Infrared Thermography: This technology visually tracks how the gloves maintain warmth, allowing LEVEL to identify and address any areas where insulation may be lacking.
3 - Hand Sensors: Placed directly on the skin, these sensors record how well the gloves perform in real conditions, ensuring the data reflects actual user experiences.
